Tools I build around everyday work.

These projects grew out of things I needed to do: keep a family diary, deliver photographs, prepare short videos and arrive better prepared for a sales conversation. Each has its own story and its own stage of development.

VitaChart

A fertility diary that grew out of our family’s use of the Creighton Model, with a FertilityCare practitioner and a NaProTechnology doctor. I wanted a simple place to keep daily observations and the questions we take to consultations. VitaChart keeps that record on the device and prepares reports for review. Android and iPhone versions are in private testing; automated interpretations remain under validation.

Bronze Art Galleries

The gallery application I built for my own photographic work: a place to deliver a story, download the finished JPEGs and choose photographs for an album. On the photographer’s side, ordinary folders become galleries that can be reviewed, organised and updated. Client access and the internal archive remain separate decisions.

Cutline

Cutline began with a simple workflow: a link to a long video, a first selection of short clips, and a person deciding what to publish. It transcribes on the Mac, prepares vertical framing and exports video with separate, editable captions. Built for local use on Apple silicon.

AI Sales Systems & Custom Workflows

Before a sales meeting, I need to understand the account, remember what each person has said and know what we agreed to do next. Sales Enablement and RevOps provide the shared foundations: playbooks, useful content, processes and a CRM. I build personal workflows around the details of the accounts I work with.

After more than a decade in software sales, including Pipedrive, deskbird and now Coverflex, I use AI for account research, meeting summaries, preparation and CRM follow-up. It helps me keep context and commitments together so I can give the conversation my attention. I review what it produces and remain responsible for what I use or send.

Questions about the projects

Can I download or use these tools?

These pages describe personal projects and tools I use in my work. Cutline is a Mac project, VitaChart is in private testing, and the gallery application serves Bronze Art client deliveries. Contact me about current availability; these pages do not provide public installers.

Does Cutline work without the internet?

Its transcription and rendering run locally on the Mac. Fetching a video from a link and downloading the transcription model on first use require a connection. Local processing does not mean that every step is offline.

Can I browse the client photo galleries here?

Client delivery links and photographs are not listed here. The project page describes the application. The public photography portfolio is on Bronze Art.

Does VitaChart replace professional guidance?

VitaChart is a diary of observations. Automated interpretations remain under validation, and the app does not diagnose conditions or replace a FertilityCare practitioner or doctor. Its project page and privacy policy explain the current scope.

Are the AI sales workflows available as a software product?

No. They are personal operational setups built around my own sales conversations and accounts, not an off-the-shelf product. They complement CRM and sales enablement tools with custom research and synthesis. You can read more about that approach in Work.

How can I ask about a project?

Write to hello@diogobronzesilva.com with the project name and what you would like to discuss.
